We ship via

  • Flat Rate Ground via FedEx and USP in the USA.
  • Canada Post or DHL to Canada.
  • DHL in other countries internationally.

If you want your item to ship to a PO Box, please, contact our customer service before placing your order. Flat Rate Ground does not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

 

For regular edition dog car seat covers

Please note that your product is handmade in Los Angeles, so please allow up to 7 business days for the regular edition. Orders with door protectors can take up to 10 business days. 

For designer edition dog car seat covers

Please allow up to 10 business days for designer orders to be produced. 

For orders placed after 2 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time), hours count from the next morning, and for orders placed on weekends or holidays, please count from the following business day.

 

For custom orders of any car seat protectors for dogs

Product ships within 10-14 business days, it depends on the complexity of your order.

Currently, we are not offering Saturday delivery.

Shipping in the USA – we ship your dog car seat cover with wooden inserts.

International Shipping (including Canada) – we will ship your dog car seat cover without a wooden insert. We’ll provide you with exact measurements of the insert so you can quickly get it in any home improvement store in your area.

We will try to do our best and ship your product as soon as it is ready. However, we would rather surprise you than disappoint you.

Due to economic changes, we were facing a decision to raise prices. However, we decided instead to cut back temporarily on expensive packaging. Your product will arrive packed carefully in a cartoon, but it will have the highest quality. 

Returns

Domestic Returns

  • If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your dog car seat covers, you are welcome to return them within 30 days from your purchase.
  • All returned items must be resellable, in original condition, and in authentic packaging.
  • If there will be any signs of product use or if packaging will be missing, we won’t be able to accept your returns.
  • Shipping fees are NOT refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

International Returns

All international sales are final, with no returns.

Custom Order Returns

All custom orders are final, with no returns or exchanges. 

  

Exchanges

We will handle your car seat protector for dogs'  exchange as two separate transactions.

If you want to exchange your dog car seat cover, please follow the return rules above and place a new order after that at www.PetMyRide.com

Each new order will have new shipping charges.
